Staff Accountant - Accounts Payable Focus
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Experience Required: 3-5 years
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join our client's finance team in West Palm Beach. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with 3-5 years of accounting experience, primarily focused on Accounts Payable (AP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable processes including invoice processing, coding, and timely payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and organized AP records and assist with month-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper approval and documentation of expenses.
- Assist with audit preparation and respond to AP-related inquiries.
- Support other general accounting functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional accounting experience with a strong focus on Accounts Payable.
- Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation: depending on experience
